Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are eligible for store credit only and will not be refunded to the original form of payment. Pieces purchased from the Final Sale section, will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a return for store credit or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable.
Return shipping labels are the responsibility of the customer.
For U.S. exchanges, once we receive your returned item, we will ship your new item to you free of charge. For international orders, the customer is responsible for returning their items using a local carrier and is responsible for all return and exchange shipping fees.

If your return or exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Worn, washed, or items with tags removed are not eligible for return.
- Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Clearance items
All clearance items are final sale.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
